Because our boarding and daycare services are specialized we have limited amount of space. Reservations are required and deposits are necessary.

Please print and fill out all three of the following forms and include a copy of your pet's vaccination record and bring with you upon check-in. Deposits may be made by using our convenient PayPal account or by mailing a check in advance. Deposits not received within 3 business days of confirmation will cancel reservation. Please contact us prior to clicking the DONATE button so that we can give you the proper deposit amount.

DIRECTIONS FROM WATERTOWN:
Take Route 81 North to Exit 50N. Once you get off 81 you will be on Route 12 headed towards Ogdensburg and Alex Bay. Come to the stop light in Alex Bay and continue straight on Route 12 and once the road goes from 2 lanes to 1 you will then take your first right-hand turn onto Swan Hollow Road. Once on Swan Hollow Rd., we are about one half mile down the road on the left. Our shop is built onto our home and our home is blue with a blue metal roof on the left hand side of the road. You will see a huge fenced in yard behind the house and little fences and dog items as you come close to the house. Once you pull into the driveway, our shop is on the left of our home.
DIRECTIONS FROM OGDENSBURG:
Come down Route 12 towards Alexandria Bay. You will see various landmarks along the way; Krings Point State Park; Goose Bay, and then you will see a parking area on the right as you get closer. Once you see the rest area start counting the roads to the left. As you approach our road you will see the golf course on the right. The 4th road is Swan Hollow and that is actually a small intersection. Take that left and continue down Swan Hollow Road until you see our sign. If you go too far on Route 12 your next intersection would be the main stop light in Alex Bay. You would need to turn around and come back if you hit the light.
