In our continuing effort to provide pet owners with every option we can when it comes to the health and well-being of their pet, we have added an additional option to our list of services. We are now offering in your home pet sitting and dog walking.
Sometimes pets just are not suitable for outside boarding and daycare but still might need someone to come in and care for them during the day while you are at work or away on vacation which includes all pets and even those on the restricted breed list. Finding quality, trustworthy help is not easy. Knowing you are going to come home to a mess is stressful in itself, but your being gone for extended periods can also be stressful to your pet. We have had dogs come in for boarding that were just not suitable for the service we can provide in our home because the dog was out of it's element and acting out. BUT, now we can come to your home for a visit and take care of your pet in the comfort of their own familiar surroundings. No stress for you...no stress for them. Initial Consultation is FREE!
We are unable to provide overnight care in your home, but we can highly recommend someone who does.
Service areas: Alexandria Bay, LaFargeville, Theresa, Clayton, Fisher's Landing, Omar, Redwood, Plessis, and Hammond (additional fees apply for Hammond area).
ALL IN-HOME PETSITTING MUST BE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE....PLEASE MAKE PAYMENT THROUGH OUR WEBSITE OR WITH US BEFORE LEAVING.
Services we offer:
- Daily visits for feeding and watering (30 minutes per trip)
- Catbox cleanup and bird cage cleaning
- Provide medications (sorry we do not do injections)
- Cuddling
- Outside potty breaks
- Household options such as mail retrieval; plant watering; turn the lights on and off; curtain and blind adjustments to deter crime; garbage and recycling options.
Additional Services offered: (additional fees apply to the following services).
- Dog walking & Mid-day visits;
- Transportation Services which includes grooming or veterinary visits.
RATES (within 20 miles of home-base).
- 1 Visit per day $15 (for up to 2 dogs, 2 cats, birds)
- 2 Visits per day $28 (for up to 2 dogs, 2 cats, birds)
- Mid-day Walk $11 (In the Village of Alex Bay with no additional services)
- Mid-day Walk $13 (Anywhere else with no additional services)
- Additional half hour to each visit $14
- Additional animals $5 each
- Transportation Services to vet $25 per visit
- Key pick up and return $5.00 if we have to provide a separate trip.
Package Pricing:
- 5 days of mid-day visits for dog walking $50 within the Village of Alex Bay (30 min)
- 5 days of mid-day visits for dog walking $60 in our other service areas. (30 min)
- 7 days of pet sitting ( 1 visit per day) $90
- 2 visits and mid-day visit $35 per day
HOLIDAY RATES FOR IN YOUR HOME PETSITTING ARE AN EXTRA $8 PER DAY FOR THE FOLLOWING DAYS/WEEKENDS.
- New Year's Eve & Day
- Easter Sunday
- Memorial Weekend Including the Monday
- July 4th (the day)
- Labor Day Weekend Including the Monday
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Eve and Christmas Day
